Led by: Jeff Iorg
Session Purpose: To lead students to have confidence in knowing they have heard God's call and are taking the appropriate steps to be obedient to His voice.

Mission Possible
Led by: Doug Compton
Session Purpose: To lead students to: (1) come to the understanding that their ministry began the moment they answered God's call to ministry; (2) see those who are lost all around them and take steps to change their world; and, (3) Understand that God has called them to service for a purpose and His Kingdom is at their disposal to accomplish the greatest mission ever given.

Session Purpose: To help students understand what it means to start an “innovative” church as a Southern Baptist and impact a changing people and culture with the unchanging message of Jesus. Students will begin to capture a vision and heart for what it takes to start a new “innovative” church.

Session Purpose: To lead students to understand that a call to ministry may come in unique ways outside of full-time ministry. Students will see how God calls many to careers outside of the church while also leading them to fulfill ministry roles in the church as well.

Session Purpose: To lead students to explore meaningful ways to invest in and prepare for a lifetime of ministry while in high school. Discover unique issues, opportunities and resources available to high school students who are preparing for vocational ministry.

God's Calling Me to Be a Missionary
Facilitated by: Randy Nessly with NAMB & IMB Missionaries
Session Purpose: To inform students who are following God's call to the mission field to understand the needs, opportunities, and ways individuals can serve. Students will also be introduced to the application process, requirements and qualifications of service.

Save Your Marriage Before It Starts

Session Purpose: To lead students to consider the unique questions and issues of dating and selecting a spouse in light of your vocational calling to ministry. Students will hear from a husband and wife team who will share why it is so important to select the right mate and life-long ministry partner.

Session Purpose: To lead students to gain a biblical perspective and recognize the reality of spiritual warfare. During this session, students will learn how to recognize spiritual warfare, reasons warfare may persist and actions to take during warfare.

Session Purpose: To lead students to understand the importance of making biblical, moral and ethical choices early in life and throughout their ministry. In order to protect their personal ministry and maintain the sanctity of the role of "minister," students will consider how their choices impact their future, family, influence and career.

KALEO Network Coaching (Basic)
Facilitated by: Donald King
Session Purpose: This workshop builds on the basic principles introduced in Coaching to Equip and Empower and is designed for men and women who have been serving in a ministerial leadership role and seek to serve as a coach for emerging ministerial leaders. Participants will be taught how to use coaching techniques, resources, methods and ministry guidance plans in a coaching relationship. Individuals completing this training should expect to engage in ministry guidance relationships as emerging leaders in the KALEO Network will be referred to them for coaching.

Developing Leadership in a Postmodern World
Facilitated by: Byron Eubanks
Session Purpose: Postmodern culture has brought about new grids of thought and a worldview which startles many. This session will help students and adults navigate around emerging culture and the Emergent Movement/Conversation while contending for the faith. Together, we will see how leadership can be developed through God’s truth when it is often rejected by the culture.

Session Purpose: To help men and women understand the call of God on their lives when it comes to life, families, and careers already in motion. They will discuss how to define God’s call, how to fulfill that call and the resources available to help them to fulfill that call to ministry.
