Led by: Alvin Reid
Session Purpose: This session leads students to know the importance of: (1) having a genuine relationship with God as their Savior and Lord; (2) modeling a Christ-like lifestyle; and, (3) actively telling others of their faith and inviting them into a personal relationship with Christ.

Confirming the Call
Led by: Derwin Gray
Session Purpose: To lead students to have confidence in knowing they have heard God's call and are taking the appropriate steps to be obedient to His voice.

Mission Possible
Led by: J. D. Greear
Session Purpose: To lead students to: (1) come to the understanding that their ministry began the moment they answered God's call to ministry; (2) see those who are lost all around them and take steps to change their world; and, (3) God has called them to service for a purpose and His Kingdom is at their disposal to accomplish the greatest mission ever given.

A Man After God’s Own Heart
(Men Only)
Led by: Marty Dupree
Session Purpose: To lead young men to consider the responsibility that comes with answering God’s call to ministry and consider how money, sex and power can destroy credibility and future ministry.

Ask the Experts: A Q & A Forum
Facilitator: Dennis Darville
Panel: Alvin Reid, Kerry Jackson, and others
Session Purpose: To allow students to ask the questions they have about their call to ministry, types of ministry and other "how to" questions to KALEO program leaders. This time is dedicated to making sure the most important questions students have about their call to ministry is asked and answered.

Confirming God’s Call
Led by: Derwin Gray
Session Purpose: Based on Derwin's Confirming God’s Call plenary session, this session takes a closer look at the questions students have about calling and leads them to consider what God is doing in their life and discover if vocational ministry is His plan for your life.

Dangers Every Minister Should Avoid
Led by: Bill Cox
Session Purpose: To lead students to understand the importance of making biblical, moral and ethical choices early in life and throughout their ministry. In order to protect their personal ministry and maintain the sanctity of the role of "minister," students will consider how their choices impact their future, family, influence and career.

Doing Ministry Without Going Broke
Led by: Keith Hamilton
Session Purpose: To lead students to understand the importance of making sound financial decisions early in their life in order to be financially free to do exactly what God has called them to do. Students will be shown how to develop a strong personal stewardship process that stems from a biblical view of stewardship.

Finding My P L A C E in Ministry
Led by: Kraig Kelsey
Session Purpose: To lead students to a more personalized understanding of how God created them with a unique personality, spiritual gifts, abilities, passions and experiences to do the work in ministry He is calling them to do.

God's Called Me to Be a Missionary
Led by: Randy Nessly with NAMB & IMB Missionaries
Session Purpose: To inform students who are following God's call to the mission field to understand the needs, opportunities, and ways individuals can serve. Students will also be introduced to the application process, requirements and qualifications of service.

God Moments in Time
Led by: Merrie Johnson
Session Purpose: To lead students to understand how God uses events in life as doors of opportunity to shape the lives of countless individuals. This session will lead students to recognize and experience God moments on a daily basis.

Session Purpose: To lead students to consider how cultural changes will impact their future as a minister of the Gospel based on the critical issues and secular trends we are seeing today and the world’s objection to the New Testament Jesus.

I’m in High School: What can I do?
(High School Students Only)
Led by: Steve Rhorlack
Session Purpose: To lead students to explore meaningful ways to invest in and prepare for a lifetime of ministry while in high school. Discover unique issues, opportunities and resources available to high school students who are preparing for vocational ministry.

Leading People to Worship
Led by: Matt Papa
Session Purpose: To lead students to consider options they have in leading others to worship through music. No matter your instrument of choice - keyboard, vocal, stringed, brass, woodwind, or percussion - your talent is a medium through which God's message can be shared with the world.

Save Your Marriage Before It Starts
Led by: Clayton & Charie King
Session Purpose: To lead students to consider the unique questions and issues of dating and selecting a spouse in light of your vocational calling to ministry. Students will hear from a husband and wife team who will share why it is so important to select the right mate and life-long ministry partner.

Spiritual Warfare: Prepare for Victory
Led by: J.D. Greear
Session Purpose: To lead students to gain a biblical perspective and recognize the reality of spiritual warfare. During this session, students will learn how to recognize spiritual warfare, reasons warfare may persist and actions to take during warfare.

Surviving and Thriving in Ministry
Led by: Chip Collins
Session Purpose: To lead students to consider what it takes to establish and maintain a healthy ministry by reflecting on Biblical precepts related to authenticity, focus and passion. Preparing for effective ministry isn't enough. Once you've arrived at the place of ministry God has called you to, you'll have to face the challenges, perform your duties and improve your skills at full speed.

The College Years: Investing in God's Call
(College Students Only)
Led by: Ken Owens
Session Purpose: To lead students to explore meaningful ways to invest in and prepare for a lifetime of ministry while in college. Gain helpful insights into preparing for God’s call beyond the college years, including means for financially supporting educational training for ministry.

(Ladies Only)
Led by: Sharon Hodde
Session Purpose: To lead young women to understand unique issues they may face in religious leadership roles.

| The following session is offered to equip parents, pastors, and student leaders to effectively nurture and mentor students called to a Christian-related vocation. In addition, adults can choose two student breakout sessions of their choice to attend following the session below. |

Coaching to Equip & Empower
Led by: Bob Bumgarner
Time Allotted: 2 Hours
Session Purpose: To lead pastors, parents, and student leaders to understand how to coach a student in order to draw out their best potential. This session will challenge those responsible for nurturing students to use their position of influence to allow students to gain ministry experience using their own spiritual gifts, passions, and personality.
