Letter to Students
Thanks for visiting our site and learning more about the Missions Prep Network (MPN). As a member, you will have access to information that will help you successfully answer God’s call to vocational ministry! As a high school, college or seminary student, there are things you need to know and there are opportunities available for you to do what God is calling you to. Even if you are not sure what type of ministry you may do for the rest of your life, the MPN will help you discover people, organizations, and opportunities that will lead you to begin doing ministry now! There is no higher calling or greater vocation than to serve God full-time. Your career in ministry and missions will be exciting and challenging. I also believe that if God has called you to vocational ministry, your service begins the moment you answer that call. The MPN is designed to help you on your journey. There are people you need to meet and things you can do now to prepare yourself for your career. Getting degrees from high school, college and seminary is one-step in the formal-education process. But there are other things in the area of leadership development and practical experience that will help you as well. Those whom God calls, He equips to lead. You can begin developing your leadership style and techniques while still in school. You can also get experience in your hometown, state, across the nation and around the world. The MPN is designed to allow you to fulfill your unique calling from God while following easy, practical steps. Getting to the destination God is preparing for you is as much fun as being there.
